Manual Handling Courses

There are no specific requirements such as weight limits in the current Manual Handling Operations Regulations, although there are HSE recommended maximum weights. However, logic clearly demonstrates that there are limits to what a person can safely do with consideration to their health and safety and that of others.

Our Manual Handling courses and effective training help people understand the ergonomic approach to the awareness and principles to handling objects in the workplace properly – saving injury, lost time and potential claims for damages.


	C.I.E.H. Principles of Manual Handling Aimed at those who carry out manual handling activities at work. A stand-alone qualification which compliments CIEH Health and Safety programmes.
